Too many key upload emails

On key upload, we send out emails with the following content: "You just uploaded a new key. It will be used for encrypted email notifications (experimental feature, coming soon)..§ Currently, this email is sent whenever the profile is saved - no matter if the key (or anything else) is changed.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
