Untranslateable strings shouldn't end up in transifex

If couchrest.models.tickets.attributes.subject is some piece of data that is retrieved from the ticket itself, it shouldn't be translated:

subject: "couchrest.models.tickets.attributes.subject" subject: couchrest.模块.工单.属性.主题
