account registered with the client can't login to webapp if umlauts were used.

After registering a new account via the client using umlaute in the password i was not able to login via the webapp.

Not sure this is a client or an webapp issue.

The webapp does not seem to utf8 encode passwords anymore. We probably should do that again.
