Stretch AWS image comes without ssh-root

New stretch image for ci-testing: find one at https://wiki.debian.org/Cloud/AmazonEC2Image/Stretch?action=recall&rev=23 or in https://console.aws.amazon.com/ec2/

• ami-310d6c49 US-west 2 does this have ssh root?
• ami-2f40bd40 from 2016
