configs.json page not found

Downloading /1/configs.json file (with auth) I get an html (whot??) page with a text Page Not Found.

Why does this needs auth but /1/config/*-service.json don't? It makes it harder to bootstrap and anyway the sensible data leaves in the config/*-service.json files.

I'm not sure if this is a duplicate of #7914 (closed). (related to bitmask-dev#8918 (closed))
