leap_cli deploying fails to multiple tags/environments

Reproduce:

    git clone -b multitag ssh://gitolite@leap.se/ibex     # edit Leapfile     leap deploy latest

--- git/ibex ‹multitag* M› » leap deploy latest  = Could not match any nodes from 'latest'  -> you can only deploy to environments and/or nodes and/or services.
