Remove soledad design docs

The new soledad server will not use them.

varac hej everybody, do we still use the design docs for souchdb ?  see this design doc upload error:
    - [mail2] Error: /usr/local/bin/couch-doc-update --host 127.0.0.1:5984 --db 'shared' --id '_design/docs' --data '{}' --file '/srv/leap/couchdb  /designs/shared/docs.json' returned 1 instead of one of [0]

drebs varac, we don't use those, but now i don't remember if we added the shared db migration to the scripts
varac drebs: so if we take them out everything will be fine afterwards ?
