leap_cli: offending key: commercial_cert

I build a provider from scratch and setup a new mx node, now when I compile, I get the following:

$ leap compile                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                               ∞
 = error while evaluating node 'pcmx1'
   - offending key: commercial_cert
   - offending string: file [:commercial_cert, domain.full_suffix]
   - error message: no file '/home/micah/leap/bitmask/files/cert/test.bitmask.net.crt'
 = bailing out 

I'm not sure how to fix this. leap cert update wont fix it...
