Plan for key updates

Dumping an old email from naval here to track it...

Suppose my key is about to expire. The system then renew my key
(hopefully, 2months prior -- for a proper transition).
You then continue to use my old key in those 2months before it actually
expires and the keymanager is set to handle that.

Now, the nicknym part:
when my key has expired, and I have not emailed you yet, then if you
compose an email to me, then it will fetch my key (as some exception --
about key expired -- are thrown)... the same way that it (the system)
would have done it when you have written to me for the first time
(without me writing to you first).

It looks like all the code should be -almost- already there and we would
need to tie some lose ends...
Is the nicknym fetch one of those lose ends? Can it fetch keys of other
nicknyms? If not, I would like to help here... I think this is a core
piece of this functionality.
