Small Change to Home Page

Moving over from leap_website#1 (closed) @mcnair this is where you want to report such things.

The leap home page could us a little update. The jumping guy is cramped and needs room to run freely. And the top half of the page could be bolder. Here is a quick mock i made within browser. i removed the tabs because they got badly formatted with my changes. I'm not suggesting the tabs go.
