leap_mx: allow for customizable logfile location

Right now leap_mx puts its logfile in /var/log/leap_mx.log - i've been trying to get all leap specific logs to be put into /var/log/leap/ for easier organization and debugging.

It would be great if we could customize the logfile location in the config file.
