The 'transparent' support for .gpg ANSIBLE_VAULT_PASSWORD_FILE files
in float has been dropped (because it wasn't very transparent),
the executable self-decrypting file works natively with the 'ansible-vault'
tool as well.

Specify what machines will work, the minimal configuration of the system and
detail what float will manage, and what needs to be managed externally.

Detail what is needed in terms of DNS and how that will be managed.

Suggest using an agent so you aren't prompted for the password.

Clarify what should be put into the config.yaml sections and provide a pointer
to additional documentation for setting up U2F and OTP tokens.

In order to deploy to vagrant, the testing variable needs to be in the hosts*
files to remove the ambiguity created by group_vars/vagrant overriding (or not)
group_vars/all.

This requires that roles/vagrant-compat/tasks/main.yml not have:
