I have installed the BitMask app on two android phones, a Moto E (android 4.4.4) and an LG G2 (android 4.4.2).

On the LG G2 choosing one of the three listed service providers returns an error in each case (each different!). Calyx says server unreachable, riseup says I/O error, demo.bitmask.net says security error.

I have a riseup.net account so I manually added "black.riseup.net" as the provider on each phone, logged in to riseup.net and turned on the VPN.

This works perfectly on the Moto E device, but the VPN fails to open on the LG G2 phone. After trusting the BitMask app, it attempts to connect but fails with "ERROR: Cannot open TUN". The internet is blocked at that stage, OpenVPN and Bitmask are still running but I cannot log out of riseup.net nor can I stop Bitmask. If I force a stop through android, the internet stays blocked by Bitmask. I have to reboot to get back to normal.
