Error handling during provider setup is failing

During the provider setup the error handling is failing in case fetching the VPN certificate fails. It's the API call during the provider setup. If fetching fails, an error message VPN certificate is invalid. Try to download a new one. shows up, however tapping on "Repeat" either doesn't do anything or the result of a successful fetch doesn't trigger the next step in the provider setup.
