register for obfsvpnintro:// scheme

We would like to provide a way a user can open bitmask by tapping on an obfsvpnintro:// url. In that case the provider setup UI should be started, "Add invite code" preselected and the actual invite code prefilled in the according edit text field.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
