improve load animation performance

the bitmap based load animation is taking too much memory on some devices with memory pressure when turning the VPN on- and off. Crash reports show that the system kills sometimes the app during to the animation.

we need to

• reduce the amount of images used
• use a smarter interpolation and optimally
• have a wider glow effect
