Setup error text different depending on build

setup_error_text currently contains There was an error configuring %s with your chosen provider. However in a branded client you don't choose the provider, this string is good for Bitmask, not RiseupVPN, CalyxVPN… I think in the case of Bitmask, this string should remain the same, but when branded the 'with your chosen provider' should be left out?
