RiseupVPN through TOR problem

Hi! I can use RiseupVPN Android app only in bridge mode in a combination with Anbox+Whonix otherwise every 30 seconds the connection drops. I think Riseup set up ping-restart directive on their servers to ping the connection every 30 seconds. Can you ask them to remove this annoying directive in order to allow people to connect to RiseupVPN servers through Tor systems like Whonix which rescricts ping requests by default? Thank you very much!
