fix vpn setup after reboot when system setting "block traffic w/o vpn" is enabled
currently bitmask doesn't restart the vpn connection on reboot, if block traffic w/o vpn is enabled. Instead bitmask shows "waiting for usable network". The only way to fix it is to turn off the system setting, start the vpn and turn the system setting on again.
To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have admin enable hashed storage. More information
