String disable battery saver while Hotspot

I stumbled over this string: <string name="subtitle_save_battery">Disabled while VPN Hotspot on</string>

I haven't seen it used anywhere, but it should probably be 'Disabled while VPN Hotspot is on' Best to double check with a native speaker.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
