cannot restart openvpn after openvpn thread was not closed correctly
I was playing around with the F-Droid app VPNHotspot to test if it works together with Bitmask. I tried to connect bitmask vpn after I started VPNHotspot and it could not connect. So I turned off VPNHotspot. Wheh I tried to start Bitmask's VPN afterwards, the progress bar was running, but the key icon didn't change. In that state I also couldn't stop the connection attempt. When I paused the app and returned back the ui was reset to the disabled state (grey background, no progress). All the time the the notification bar showed the android vpn key icon, indicating bitmask was running. even after I've turned off bitmask vpn in androids system settings I could not restart it. Only a reboot helped to get Bitmask running.
