configurable autostart

Let's make the autostart configurable in the config file.

and configurable in the systray to !

@samba how do you envision to be able to configure the autostart in the systray? Just turning off the VPN disables the autostart, do you want a specific nob?

We've being doing our best to reduce the amount of hard to explain options that the user is exposed to in this client. I'm not sure how to include the disabling of the autostart in the VPN in an easy to understand way.

for me would be nice to have an option in the bin bitmask-systray called --disable-autostart it's not very needed in the systray, but if you want to add it a checkbox would be the best thinking about UX
