inconsistent states in preferences panel

UDP is greyed out and unclickable. If i click obsf4 and then unclick it, udp becomes clickable.

When i select udp, and then leave preferences. when i come back it shows udp selected, and allows me to select obsf4 bridges. when i do instead of unchecking udp, udp check remains grey.
