Newbie here. I started using riseup VPN recently I tried starting it today and it would not turn on, eventually giving a pop up saying "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond." Along with IP info and such before hand. I uninstalled openVPN the TAP and riseup VPN. Re-installed. And I see it has a new UI, I didn't realize I needed to manually update. Anyway. It still doesn't work. I try to turn it on and it just...doesn't work. If I open the new GUI up and try turning it on that way it just crashes. I checked the systray logs and it shows pretty much what I got before. "A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

I thought riseup vpn installed components like the TAP and open VPN. However when I uninstalled TAP and openVPN along with riseup and reinstalled it only showed the rise up component. However when I did further reinstalls it showed that it installs the TAP but not openVPN.

Any clue whats going on? When I click "about" on rise up VPN tray icon it says im on 0.21.6.
