include version in the about dialog

we need to include some kind of version or build information in the about dialog, otherwise troubleshooting is going to be very tricky!

there's already a --version flag on the systray. We should include that version in the dialog too.

I'm going to take the opportunity and improve the output of --version (and the about) to include the version of bitmaskd as well.
