path of iptables and ip6tables has changed in ubuntu 20.04

bitmask-root has the location of iptables and ip6tables hardcoded to /sbin

in ubuntu 10.04, the iptables commands have moved to /usr/sbin

because of this, bitmask-root will not run on ubuntu 20.04, and thus bitmask will not start.
