autoconnect

1. When you first start the app it should attempt to connect to the VPN.
2. In following launches if it was connected in the previous run it should autoconnect.

I'm wondering if (2) should not be part of bitmask-core, as we might want the same for bitmask itself.

(2) works with current bitmaskd from master.

We need a way to detect that it is the first run of the systray and do the autoconnect. Maybe we can check if systray.json exist to detect if it is the first time that runs.

We can not rely on (2) being in bitmaskd, let's keep the state in systray.json.
