Improve documentation

Things to improve in the documentation:

• Mention how to launch the app in linux, and specially for command line people
• Mention the need of a plugin in gnome to get the systray visible
• Mention the problem on debian where polkit file doesn't install and you need to reinstall
• Mention symlink for fedora: #137 (closed)
