I have some problems regarding my Riseup.net Bitmask VPN Black...
So, my Riseup.net Bitmask VPN Black on my MacBook Air (MacOS X Sierra) won't, can't, and doesn't log-in/sign-in, open correctly, and connect at my school, probably due to the school Wi-Fi networks' content-filtering and/or firewalls. I even tried to set up some new VPN services for Riseup.net Bitmask VPN Black in my Network Preferences interface on my laptop itself, but it failed, since I do not know any of the required information for setting up and configuring the the new VPN services (i.e./e.g., VPN type, server address, account name and password, user authentication, machine authentication, pre-shared key (PSK) or shared secret, certificate, group name, etc.), and the Riseup.net Bitmask VPN Black doesn't, won't, and can't seem to support any VPN service interface settings, configurations or setups in System Network Preferences on my MacBook Air, and vice-versa. Can and will any of you help me out with my log-in/sign-in, opening, and connection/connectivity issues, as well as supporting VPN service interface settings, configurations or setups in System Network Preferences for my computer, please?
