[pkg] Fix commit id shown in help page for debian packages
I am using the bitmask debs generated by my MR !182 (merged) and clicking on the help icon shows this commit id: Bitmask Desktop Client, Version 0.9.3+718.g73fcac92
. Commit 73fcac92 doesn't exist in bitmask-dev git history.
Looking at the corresponding build job shows that this is the resulting commit id produced by automatically updating the changelog:
$ pwd; git describe
/builds/varac/bitmask-dev
