`x509 certificate routinesX509_STORE_add_certcert already in hash table`
This happens with any provider. If I cancel and return to the main screen, I see the new domain, but I am unable to select it to sign in or create an account. A new folder is created in ~/.config/leap/providers/ for the provider, but it is empty.

````
bitmask.vpn.start(domain).then(
status => {
console.log('start success', status)
}, error => {
console.log('start error', error)
}
)
````
works great most of the time. however, ...this code:
````
bitmask.vpn.start(domain).then(
status => {
console.log('start success', status)
}, error => {
works great most of the time. however, if the network is down, then it incorrectly reports start success:
````
start success Object {result: "started"}
````
i get the same result if there is no network interface at all, or if i unplug the network cable.Kali KanekoKali Kaneko
