Bitmask died, bitmaskd still running
I'm using latest 0.10.3-rc1 deb package, and I realized that bitmask was not running anymore, but bitmaskd was and the VPN was still active.
--- ~ » ps aux|grep bitm

nobody 31447 0.3 0.0 48528 6424 ? But I cannot simply start bitmask again:
--- ~ » bitmask
[+] launching bitmaskd...
Another twistd server is running, PID 1123
This could either be a previously started instance of your application or a
different application entirely. To start a new one, either run it in some other
directory, or use the --pidfile and --logfile parameters to avoid clashes.
ERROR: No authentication token found!
This situation is bad because users don't have a chance to either turn off the VPN easily, or restart bitmask.
