Cancel the vpn start keeps the firewall up

when i turn on / then hit cancel - the UI is slow and it stays with yellow icon for a while before canceling.

o no! when i turn of vpn, all my traffic is blocked!!

now when i try to reconnect, it fails. and all traffic is blocked!

quitting unblocks
