[tests] investigate status of ci.leap.se

@varac enabled ci.leap.se as the provider for e2e tests. the mail e2e, however, gets stalled with this provider. I was debugging it, and it seems the client blocks on the step to download smtp certs; the test pass if I switch back to mail.bitmask.net as the demo provider.
