Run the bitmask e2e tests against the latest CI environment

In #8771 (closed) (closed) we provided a "latest" environment that gets updated on every commit, either of the leap_platform or any other server component (soledad, leap-mx etc. deb packages). We want to get the bitmask e2e tests to run against the latest CI environment.
