TUF: x64 experimental repository missing file

missing file: targets/lib/cryptography/_Cryptography_cffi_4ed9e37dx4000d087.so I don't have the tarball, so it could be that it was included but somehow not extracted or something similar. This is only for the tuf-unstable/linux-x86_64 repository.

I'm unsure if ivan is the right person to assign, so feel free to reassign.
