launcher changes the names of libQt* and updater is trying always to update them

In ubuntu the launcher renames libQtCore and libQtGui to "NOTUSED", because the systray works different there and needs of the ubuntu's modified libraries. The updater then things that there is an update needed because this to libs are not there.

We need another way to solve it. Maybe preloading the libaries from the launcher.
