No mail option setup OS X Mavericks 10.9.2 + Only Amsterdam gateway works

There is no mail option when setting up Bitmask in Mavericks 10.9.2 and the mail option does not even show in the widget, plus only Amsterdam works as a gateway. Older versions of Bitmask have the mail option but then it is stuck endlessly in generating a key.
