Conflict with manually set resolv.conf

The package you use to handle DNS actually creates a problem on Debian if, the DNS has been set manually, I run my own unbound. With out the resolve package you use it worked perfectly last time I tested, with your package it does not change my DNS server.I guess this probably isnt an issue for your targeted user base of this project but I just thought Id throw it out there
