"encrypted internet" is confusing

the term "encrypted internet" is confusing cause the user might think that every connection he establishes on the internet is encrypted. It should better be called "encrypted internet proxy" or "encrypted tunnel to millipede.bitmask.net (Amsterdam, 1.2.3.4)" or sth like this.
