Registration failed, missing notice in GUI

hi,

i tried to register a new user in bitmask.net, which is very flaky atm. registration failed according to the logs, but i didn't get any feedback in the gui. i tries registering for a few seconds, but the "next" button stays grey (see attached image).

This is not about failing registration, cause bitmask.net has it's problems right now, but about the GUI missing feedback.
