Encrypted Internet needs admin privs, the user should be notified about this

The encrypted internet, mainly in linux, asks for the user password because it needs sudo/admin privs. The user should be warned of this. This should be done in two places:

1. "[ ] Encrypted Internet (this will require your password to start)" in the wizard service selection page
2. The start/stop eip button should have a subtext or something similar that notifies this.
