produce LEAP icons for the window and systray

I think we can use the leaping girl as application icon. (you absolutely must see it bouncing in osx dock!) Maybe a variant enclosed in a circle?

The sizes currently used are in data/images. If you have time, can you make also some monochrome variant to be used in osx?

Also, I can investigate how to make the icon be animated.

Please assign it to me when you have the icons so I can update the resource files.
