Make the testsuite fail is the coverage is under 100%

Absolutely:

• the good first issue tag is for issues that are doable by everyone, and the fact that the issue isn't assigned means that anyone is free to tackle it.
• the continuous integration and testsuite tags indicate that this issue is about the test suite, in the CI.

I would blame 0xacab's setup: relaunch the jobs until they are passing.

Hum no way it keeps failing over again and again ( https://0xacab.org/Gu1nn3zz/mat2/pipelines ). I have seen #67 (closed) , rebased on master to be sure to run on Whitewhale, yet it keeps failing (with the same errors as !17 (merged) )
