Write a GUI

This issue is about finding someone able to write a decent and accessible graphical user interface, not throwing random ideas or discussing which GUI framework is the best™.

It might be useful to take into account from the data gathered in this issue: mat2-web#21 (closed)

A possibility for a GUI could be to use a simple web-rendering widget, exposing mat2-web running locally.
