Make searchable PDFs with ocrmypdf

Hi!

mat2 could use ocrmypdf to keep text searchable when removing metadata on PDFs. I have tested quite a few times always with great results.

It's adding a metadata that i strip afterwards using the lightweight mode of mat2.

Could this be included in mat2?
