Fix the capitalisation

I think that mat2 is the best capitalization for the name of the project, and that spelling it MAT2 sucks more. Hence why someone™ should rename every instead of MAT2 to mat2, or convince me that the current capitalization is the best one.

To upload designs, you'll need to enable LFS and have an admin enable hashed storage. More information
