What to do about XML files?

Currently, they are considered harmless, but some people might actually expect that the MAT will automagically understand what field are metadata and remove them.

I think it would be fine to just print a message to the effect that mat2 isn't doing anything, please inspect the file yourself.

A better way to handle would would be to explicitly whitelist from filenames/paths only for the handling of offices files.
