Have a script to keep track of UUI releases

The objective being to come up with a script that:

• Is not written in bash.
• Can be run by cron.
• Uses the uscan utility (part of the devscripts package) and its --watchfile option, see the prototype in attachment.
• Download updates of UUI to a Git repository.
