Send a call for testing hybrid ISO images burnt on DVD

Once we have something that works for #8510 (closed), merged into experimental, we shall send a call for testing on tails-testers@ about booting from DVD burnt from such an hybrid ISO. What we’ll be looking for is regressions regarding DVD boot, compared to Tails 1.2.3.
